The multiple choice part of the CCS exam can be extra challenging to study for.  It is very hard to find textbooks or study guides that walk you through each of the multiple choice competencies and explain to you what they mean and how you should study to find out more about these concepts.  This document covers these principles in detail with a 10- question quiz to assist you in the review and studying process.  The answers to the quiz are provided in each issue also as well as other study tips, proven job searching tips, and CPT coding tips.  Keep in mind that these questions are not the exact questions that will be on the test, but the questions are intended to be representative of the concepts that may be tested based on the multiple choice competency list provided by AHIMA.
